  For all you mac lovers out there, you gotta check this place out!  
  
  I ordered both the mac and cheese bites and the mac and cheese grilled cheese.  Hot damn that sh** is good!  
  
  If you're looking for a f**k ton of mac and cheese and a funky atmosphere, this is the place to be.  I'd give this place a standing ovation!  
  
  Everybody clap your hands!  Clap clap clap clap your hands!

  Live in Georgia and I've been to Melt in Cleveland 3 times up until tonight it was my favorite sandwich place in USA. Caroline my server was so busy I felt horrible for her. My food Was absolutely disgusting
  
  I ordered the Pierogies for an appetizer as they came the same time as my dinner.  They were ice cold. I then get my pasta Alfredo and it was scalding hot is spots a ice cold in others which means the microwaved it.
  
  I was so looking forward to eating her and I'm leaving upset, hungry and $32 poorer. I hope tonight was an off night. This was a very bad experience.

  The caveat here is that this is not really my type of restaurant, everything is huge, and cheesy and fried- the lasagna is deep fried!  In looking around the dining room it seemed that this is a restaurant geared toward big eaters of comfort food...but most of the plates we saw taken away after the diners had finished had so much food on the plates the waste was cringeful. It seems that there is some reliance on "presentation" as each dish we saw go by was enormous.
  The service was definitely lackluster which is disappointing because were were a party of three having dinner and drinks but we were treated like an afterthought. The same person who took order was not either of the two people who brought our food. No one checked up on us during our meal, we had to flag a server down to get more drinks.
  This might be a great restaurant on some level, but I don't think we will be going back. My 18 year old son loves it, so that proves something, lol.

  5 stars for customer service make this a 31/2 star review. I got the BBQ chicken sandwich and in the future, I would stick to meatless options. Good cheese, good bread, but let down by the quality of the chicken. I also got happy hour cocktail cucumber gimlet, it was tasty without being too sweet. My plan is to go back and try one of the veggie options, I think my rating will improve after that. Our waitress was fantastic and we got checked on a bunch so the service is enough to prompt a return visit.

  Service: Great! 5 stars. Our server was great!
  
  Appearance: 5 stars. I was so happy my friend decided to bring us here. There were plenty of pinball machines, Halloween decorations, Columbus sign, and great art! The appearance and atmosphere was excellent.
  
  Why 3 stars?
  Our food took about 25 minutes to come out, which felt like forever. The restaurant wasn't too packed so we weren't sure why it was so long but it was okay since we were very hungry and excited for our grilled cheeses. For waiting so long we thought our food would be hot! I came with 4 other people and everyone said the same thing: our food was a bit warm about to be cold.
  When you get a grilled cheese no matter the type you want it to be hot so that the cheese gets stringy and it just tastes better.
  
  The flavor was very good but we were upset it wasn't warmer. I preferred the Mac and cheese grilled cheese over the buffalo one but only because I don't like blue cheese. If I come to Ohio I would definitely try it again and hopefully get warmer food :).
